Payoneer card holders, are required to write an email to c.support@payoneer.com and request them to open the Virtual US Bank account. It takes a few days for the service to be approved and activated. Once the application is reviewed and accepted, Payoneer sends the following details to a card holder:
-Account type
-Account Number
-Routing Number
US Payment Service & New Applicants
New applicants of the PayPal to Payoneer service that are not in possession of the card can apply for it on the Payoneer Debit Card Application Page . Once reviewed and approved, the Payoneer customer support will send the card via regular mail and will reach the applicants within 21 working days. They will also send another email containing the US Payment Service account details. There is also a questionnaire that must be filled in the same confirmation email for the Payoneer US Payment Service to be activated. The questionnaire contains a feedback form requiring new users to submit their; type/source of income and a web link showing their online activity. An original ID scan is also required for the application to go through.
